This policy explains how BrainON Publishing handles personal information submitted through brainon.ca. It applies to this website and does not replace a separate agreement that may govern a client project.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to respond to questions, assess a requested project, prepare a quote, deliver requested services, maintain the website and protect it from abuse. We limit collection and use to purposes that are reasonable for those activities.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers that help us operate hosting, email, file transfer or communications services, or disclosed when required by law. The homepage also loads a third-party call widget; links to retailers, social networks and file-sharing services are governed by those services’ own policies.

Files, retention and security

Contact-form attachments are delivered to us by email. Please use the BrainON Clients Entry or an agreed secure transfer method for large or particularly sensitive files. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, related business records and applicable legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no internet transmission or storage system is risk-free.

Your choices and questions

You may ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also withdraw consent for future optional use where applicable.
