Ebook formatting starts with the reading experience. A print PDF is built around a fixed sheet of paper; an ebook has to meet readers where they are. We help you choose the right approach for your content and prepare the files for your publishing destination.

What's included

You receive an EPUB, plus other formats you need, including files for Kindle publishing. We prepare headings, text, images and navigation, then check the ebook against your selected platform’s requirements.

We recommend a reflowable EPUB for most books. Its text adapts to the reader’s screen and settings, so the same book can be comfortable on different devices. If preserving the exact page design matters more, we can also create a fixed-layout ebook at your request. It keeps the page composition, but does not adapt to the screen. Illustrated books deserve that conversation early, while choosing the reading experience is still easy.

How it works

Send the content. Share your prepared manuscript, original illustrations and the platform where you want to publish the electronic edition.
Choose the reading approach. We discuss reflowable and fixed-layout options in relation to your text, images and readers.
Review the ebook. Check the words, images, headings and navigation in the electronic edition. This is where the book needs to read well, beyond looking like the print version.
Get your publishing files. We prepare the EPUB and any other formats you need for the chosen destination.

Should I choose reflowable or fixed layout?

We usually recommend reflowable EPUB because it adapts to different screens and reading settings. Fixed layout is available when you want to preserve the page design and accept that it will not adapt.
