What's included
Book formatting and interior layout bring together chapter openings, headings, running text, illustrations, captions, tables and navigation. We build a clear visual rhythm, whether your book is mostly words or has a photograph competing for attention on every spread.
Image preparation in Photoshop, including retouching where needed, and text wrapping around illustrations are part of the layout work. You receive a designed proof to review, followed by a print-ready PDF for your printer or publishing platform. Printer coordination is included, so technical questions have someone to go to before they become an emergency font change.

- Develop the page design. We shape the type, margins, chapter openings and illustrated sections around the content and production requirements.
- Review the proof. Read through the designed pages and send clear corrections together. A precise page reference is a small gift to everyone involved.
- Prepare for publication. We apply the corrections and prepare your print-ready PDF for the chosen printer or platform.

Can you format my book for KDP and IngramSpark?
Yes. We prepare the interior for your chosen platform, including KDP, IngramSpark and Lulu. Tell us your destination before layout begins.
Do I need to send original image files?
Yes. Send the originals alongside the manuscript so we can prepare them for print. Images embedded in Word are useful for placement, but the originals give us more to work with.
What files do I get at the end?
You receive a print-ready PDF prepared to the production requirements. If you also want an electronic edition, we can prepare an EPUB and the other ebook formats you need.
